These materials, from two webconferences hosted by the National Quality Center for Ryan White Program grantees (Part A and B on March 8, 2007 and Part C and D on April 12, 2007), guide grantees as they develop a quality management infrastructure.

- Uses and benefits of participatory processes and adoption of these processes
- Keys to set up/maintain a Quality Management Committee
