This webconference was hosted by the National Quality Center for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees on December 13, 2007. This intermediate-advanced level session presented an overview of the general health care environment for making the business case for quality and lessons learned from health care transformation. The session also provided lessons learned from the field and strategies that can be used to drive the business case for quality.
