Good Endings
An innovative program on caring for the dying nursing home resident. It consists of recruiting and training Volunteer Vigil Teams to sit with the actively dying. Also included is care for the loved ones, providing staff education in end-of-life issues, creating Resource Libraries, holding Remembrance Services, bereavement issues, and care for the caregivers.
